Shipping will start a $10, and handeling is an additional $2. It will be based off of plant weight, location, and box measurements.
*Orders placed Sunday through Tuesday will be shipped on Wednesdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday (excluding holidays). This is in best interest of the plants.

*Pot Hedz is not responsible for shipping delays, or damages occurred during shipping. If you occur any issues, please send a photo of box, and plant IMMEDIATELY upon receiving. We will do our best to provide you with outstanding customer service.
*Plants shipped in winter usually do great. One of the most important keys to the success of the plant's arrival is that the plant is is brought in immediately upon delivery. If on the off chance, you do receive a plant that is in poor condition, please email us pictures that SAME DAY your plant is received.
*Your plants are handpicked, inspected, and packaged just before shipment. Roots will be packed in soil or moss and wrapped for safe shipping and each plant carefully placed in the ideal packaging for it. Some may even be kept in nursery pot.
*No two plants are the same. You will recieve these exact type of plant. Please note that form will vary from plant to plant.
