🚿 Shower Repair Done RIGHT 🚿
What looked like a small shower issue turned into something much bigger once we opened it up — significant water damage, rotted subfloor, and compromised framing hiding behind the tile.
This wasn’t about upgrading — it was about fixing the problem the right way.
We demoed the damaged area, removed all compromised wood, rebuilt the framing, installed new subflooring, properly waterproofed the space, and put everything back together so this shower is solid, safe, and leak-free again. 💪
✔️ Structurally sound framing

✔️ Proper waterproofing
✔️ Clean tile repair
✔️ Glass reinstalled

From horror movie crawlspace… to clean, dry, and protected 👏🔥
When we opened this one up, we found falling insulation, exposed dirt, moisture issues, and no real protection under the home. Not exactly what you want beneath your floors.
So we got to work.
Here’s the transformation 👇
💪 Removed damaged insulation
💪 Regraded and leveled the crawlspace
💪 Installed new support jacks
💪 Added drainage matting for proper water flow
💪 Installed a heavy-duty v***r barrier, sealed and wrapped around all piers
💪 Brand new crawlspace door
💪 Window well drain line
💪 Sump pump system
💪 Dehumidifier for year-round moisture control
💪 Freeze relief discharge line
💪 New exterior drainage line to move water away from the foundation
Now this crawlspace is dry, controlled, and built to protect the home long-term.
