A brand-new set of custom-fabricated stairs was just installed on one of our customer’s stilt homes.

When you’re building a custom home, every element matters—from the foundation all the way to the finishing details. These stairs were fabricated specifically for this home, giving our homeowners a strong, functional, and beautifully finished entrance built to complement their design.

It’s another example of the craftsmanship and attention to detail that goes into every Palmwood home.

It’s what’s underneath the finished tile that makes all the difference. 🏡

This custom Palmwood home is entering its finishing stages, and our tile contractor is well into the installation. Each wall and floor tile is carefully aligned using a leveling clip system, helping create consistent spacing and a smooth, professional finish throughout the home.

In the owner’s suite shower, you’ll notice the walls are red. That is a waterproofing material applied over the cement board, adding another layer of protection against moisture before the tile is installed.

This additional preparation takes more time and care, but it helps create a better finished product—one we’re proud to put the Palmwood name on.
