New clear ceramic film. BTU solar transmittance dropped to only 12%, compared to the older specs of 25% to 45%. This is great news for homes in Grogan's Point in Carlton Woods, and for storefronts that want to see in and still lower the heat.

This is the new ceramic 70 just released. This film is amazingly clear with a 12% solar transmittance. Compared to most films the same light can still let in 90% and good films 40% and the best at 25% .. this 12% is great and great for store fronts as well.
