Established 36+ year local company looking for a hands-on Lead Installer to fill immediate full time position.
We install cultured marble bath products, custom shower enclosures, custom mirrors. and shelving to new construction and remodel customers in and area the Springfield area. We are a strong organization with an excellent reputation for service and quality.
Responsibilities include:
• Install team leadership, typically 1-2 team members
• Production Installation / Customer Service
• Assist Branch Manager / Provide excellent Customer Service, through exceptional quality, service and safety.
Qualifications:
• 4-5+ years of hands-on construction / Team Lead experience with proven track record
• Quality and safety focused
• Ability to read blueprints(preferred)
