Because of my line of work, I typically look like a dude.
Hair up, no makeup, paint covered clothes, hands dirty.

I took December and January off. I got my hair colored, curled it most days. Wore cute clothes and did my makeup almost everyday. And I got my nails did! It was a nice change of pace to feel girly again, even if it was only for a few months.

Well the nails are off and I’m filling up my calendar.

My son has a fair project pet rabbit that we plan on building a play area for.

I’m going let him have creative rein in building this. He’s most excited to use the power tools.
I believe it’s important to give our kids independence to learn with hands on experiences.
