Man I LOVE what I do! Spreading the word about how small changes can impact + help the planet are one of my favorite things to do. Have you been wanting to make small eco-friendly changes but don’t know where to start?

Challenge yourself this week to:
-take a walk/bike ride instead of driving
-try a bamboo toothbrush next time you need a new one
-try meatless Mondays
-wash laundry in cold water once a week
