Yesterday, team members from St. Louis and Central PA came together for a special Renewal Cares project at Veterans Community Project.

Together, they installed windows and patio doors on 16 tiny homes that will provide housing and support for veterans working toward a brighter future.

It's a powerful example of how our teams live out our commitment to serving others, both inside and outside the workplace. 💚

🇺🇸🫶Serving those who served.

Today, we continued our mission to support our communities and the people who need us the most. Our Birner Group – Renewal by Andersen teams from Central PA and St. Louis came together to install windows and doors for 16 tiny homes at Veterans Community Project in St. Louis. These homes will house veterans experiencing homelessness.

We were proud to be joined by the St. Louis Battlehawks Coach Proehl, cheerleaders, and mascot Archie, making it a day filled with teamwork, purpose, and positive energy.

Supporting our veterans takes all of us.

On Friday, Renewal by Andersen teams from across The Birner Group will come together in support of Veterans Community Project's mission to provide housing, stability, and hope for veterans working toward a fresh start.

While teams from St. Louis and Central Pennsylvania lead the installation effort, employees across our organization are contributing to the project through donations, support, and a shared commitment to serving those who served our country.

We're proud to be part of something bigger than ourselves.

💚 When a child is in the hospital, the last thing a family should have to worry about is dinner.

On Wednesday, our Southwest Missouri team spent the evening at the Ronald McDonald House of the Ozarks cooking up a little "breakfast for dinner" for the families staying there. Waffles, full plates, a lot of laughs, and a few hours where the weight of a hard week could ease up just a bit.

The Ronald McDonald House gives families a home away from home while their children get the care they need. Being able to show up for them, even in a small way, meant everything to our team.

Most importantly, every family under that roof is fighting for their child's future, and no one should have to fight alone.

Because on the hardest nights, no family should have to worry about dinner. 💚
