Nothing says hometown like local kids, local businesses, and some football! We are thrilled to sponsor the McKenzie High School football team this season. We will be cheering them on every Friday night!

Headed into a spooky weekend so we thought we’d share some of our biggest fears in the world of flooring, floor cleaning, and property services. 👻
What would you add to this list?

What an honor it is to receive the "Iron Sharpens Iron" award at the FEI GROUP National Conference in Phoenix. This award reflects our dedication to growing together, sharing knowledge, and strengthening our industry through meaningful relationships. Thank you RM Interior in Phoenix, Star Flooring in San Diego, and Johnson Commercial Floor Covering in Louisville for being a part of this journey.

Above all, we dedicate this honor to Pete Long, our founder, who had the vision to join FEI in 2003 and understood the value of learning from others and building something greater together.
His vision laid the foundation, and we are proud to continue building on it.

Our first time participating in the Facilities Maintenance Expo in Boise! Our crew enjoyed being at the table, meeting industry professionals, and sharing how we can help with their property services needs. Thanks to everyone who stopped by!

Making the world a better place through property management!

We are proud to celebrate our 19th year with the Children of Hope Home Improvement Project. This year, 30 amazing volunteers came together to support Every Child of Lane County’s foster youth program.

From building a play structure and assembling a new trampoline to spreading bark dust, building shelves, hauling away trash, hanging trim, and tackling countless other projects, our team put in the work to create a space where kids can play, grow, and thrive. A huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers!

We had a blast at the Builders Association Southern Oregon golf tournament with a lot of giveaways, sunshine, and decent golf 😅. Until next year!
