More progress on the stucco removal and repair.

Progress on the stucco removal, dry rot repair. Wrapped with 1" foil faced foam. Added a rainscreen. Next step siding.

Major dry rot job. Removed stucco repaired it and putting up foam. Then we will put the house wrap over this then we will put 1x4 batons of over this where the studs are. This creates a space behind the siding that can dry out if water ever gets through. Putting Hardi lap on to finish.
