Job description
Service Technician - 10 Years minimum experience

Commercial HVAC Experience - Must have extensive experience in Heating and Air Conditioning in the commercial and industrial areas. Roof Top Units, Packaged Units, Split System, Chillers, Boilers etc. Must be able to work overtime and be on a rotating on-call schedule. DDC experience a plus but not mandatory. Pay based on experience.

Excellent Troubleshooting and Customer Service skills a must. Valid driver’s license required with a clean driving record. Knowledge of computers and basic software programs preferred.

We are looking for a tech with 15+ years of experience. We are seeking someone with a minimum of 15+ years experience in servicing and maintaining commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. More experience would be a plus! This position would be for someone who requires next to no direction and will stay on task from the beginning to the end.

We would prefer someone who meets the following requirements:

-Strong abilities to diagnose problems, make repairs, and maintain: boilers, chillers, make up air units, dehumidifiers, heat pumps, ranging in size and complexity from 5 ton standard rtus to 1000 ton+ custom units such as Mammoth/Temptrol/Aaon with digital scrolls or screw compressors.
-This person doesn’t have to be overly experienced in VRF but should be open minded and expect it to be a requirement in the next 10 years.
-This position doesn’t require controls knowledge but it’d be a plus.
-This person would have a strong working knowledge of this business and be able to assist less experienced service technicians over the phone or in person if needed in the future.
-Self motivated and reliable.
-Can work 40 hours a week with some overtime as needed particularly during the busy season.
-MUST BE drug free and be able to pass a background check.
-Some computer work is required mostly to record the work done on site, quote repairs, ect. This is not real in depth and can be taught.
