It's our favorite time of year - the annual Dietz & Company Architects' Spread the Cheer campaign is back and bigger than ever!

We are once again spreading the holiday cheer and giving back to our community! 🎉 Congratulations to Aditya Surendhra, AIA, LEED AP BD+C! 🎉

Dietz & Company is happy to share that Adi has earned the credential of LEED Accredited Professional with a Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) specialty through the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). As an Architect in our Cambridge office, Aditya focuses on multi-family housing and community centers. This achievement is evidence of his commitment to sustainability and green design. On his decision to pursue LEED certification, Adi said:

We are very happy to share that Dani is now a Certified Passive House Consultant! As a Senior Architect at Dietz & Company, Dani specializes in renovations and modernizations for multi-family housing and this achievement reflects her commitment to bringing sustainable design and building resilience to all of her projects.

Dietz & Company continues to add more talented individuals to our team and we are thrilled to announce that 3 new Architectural Associates have joined us!

Zonglin Li is a familiar face having interned with us last Summer and over school breaks this past year. A recent graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Zong’s thesis reimagined Penn Station through the perspective of interior urbanism and structured improvisation by investigating how interior public spaces can operate as urban systems. We’re so happy that he has now joined us full-time!

Tim Wang joins us after earning his Master of Architecture from the University of Hartford. His thesis transformed an underutilized park in San Francisco’s Chinatown into a vibrant Culture and Arts Center, blending traditional Chinese architectural elements with contemporary design. Tim brings experience in high-end residential, master planning, and educational projects.

James Barbier recently graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Architecture. His thesis explored kinematic systems and how they can be used to create interactive facades that respond to environmental phenomena. He is currently exploring the potential of using topological joinery to create wooden structures for disassembly and adaptive reuse strategies. James’ experience includes internships where he worked on log cabin homes, multi-family housing, and medical buildings.
