That gorgeous renovation? I have questions. 👀

Fresh paint, beautiful countertops, new flooring… it’s easy to fall in love with a newly renovated home. But pretty doesn’t always mean properly done.

When I’m walking through a renovated home with buyers, I’m looking beyond the finishes. Were permits needed? Who completed the work? Were the electrical, plumbing, and structural updates done correctly? Are those beautiful finishes covering up a bigger issue?

Enjoy the pretty kitchen, but make sure you’re looking at the whole house before you fall in love. 😉
