When your favorite sealant brand Sashco, Inc. sends you samples 💘

Went through a box of Thru the Roof today and come home to more glorious sealants! If you work in the trades and don’t use Sashco’s products…you’re truly missing out.

I first used Lexel about 8 years ago and fell in love with how great of a product it was. I’ve used most of their products at this point and they are absolutely top tier. They make my projects perform better and go more smoothly, and provide me with the confidence of a job done right, the first time ☑️

I haven’t posted in a while, but that’s because we’ve been busy! Here’s a little piece of a larger project we recently completed. Some custom under-stair cubbies and bench to make more useful space of the entryway from garage. This turned out really cool and made much better space of an old coat closet!

A litte half bath action in this 1830’s farmhouse. Our initial intention was to install a tile floor that would match the master bathroom located across the hall. However, when we removed the carpet, the owners fell in love with the original, almost 200 year old hardwood flooring, and chose not to install the tile. What a great decision!

We made a custom toilet pedestal to address damage around the fl**ge and reused an original door from the house that had been stored. Breathing new life into vintage elements is a rewarding experience, and this bathroom renovation harmonizes perfectly with the historic farmhouse's character!

We fixed a huge crack in the ceiling of a condo getting ready to be listed. Someone had caulked the crack in an attempt to repair, but that failed also…so we fixed it the right way, removed all the old caulking, prefilled and packed the joint, taped and skim coated, and retextured the ceiling. Now it’s good as new! ✨

We were able to breathe new life into this bathroom, complete with a fully custom tile shower 🚿 and a color-changing exhaust fan with Bluetooth speakers! 🔊 This bathroom also boasts modern vessel sinks and a beautiful granite counter that the customer sourced from Springboro.

I’m calling this one the shower cave. Grout finished today, just have to silicone all the plane changes, and there is quite a lot of them! Very proud of how this one turned out 😎
