It's one of our favorite days of the year. Today is all about recognizing the trees that shape our landscapes and our communities. We’re proud to care for them every day and help ensure they continue to thrive for generations to come.

Trees not only influence our futures but hold many of our memories. Planting a tree this Arbor Day in honor of a loved one is a lasting way to celebrate, remember, or give back to our home planet. Meet Karl! 👋

Karl has been with All About Trees for 3 years, working in both Plant Health Care and on our pruning crew. He’s always looking to expand his knowledge, especially when it comes to learning new tree species and continuing to grow in the world of arboriculture.

That curiosity is a big part of what he enjoys most about the job, and it shows in the way he approaches tree care every day.

His advice as we head into spring → “Mulch! There are many benefits of putting mulch around your trees. We recommend donuts and not volcanos when applying mulch rings.”
