Household Helping Hands and Weatherization Non-profit Home and Property Managment Charity work (Romans 1:16)Hi, My name is Benjamin Pannier. I had a big family of 8 living in the Christian faith.

I am a 28 year old man born and raised out of Springfield Oregon. Household Helping Hands and weatherization came to me in an inspiration to help our neighbors. Giving charity through my knowledge and expertise in home and property management. Having full understanding in the amount of precipitation that falls, how long it lingers, and how to prevent from damaging the integrity of a home. The larg

e amount of labor I have put in over the years and extensive residential/commercial construction background in my experience, brought me to put together a small program outfitted in this city to provide affordable services for locals, giving the charity of labor within the community. Weatherizing homes in the short summer we have to withstand the weather, and done properly to last over the years to come. Using volunteers and my own time (after hours from running an adult foster care home) to giving those in need a household helping hand. I have listed a variety of things of my area of knowledge i also can provide, but the list is endless if within my capabilities. If it were a job needing materials (for example fencing) they will be needing payed for or donated premature starting any service. I write up all proposals in estimation of labor cost besides any material cost. So if you got it will ensure the labor is done. Weather unable to pay in full or over pay in charitable donation. All profits help with transportation, materials, or carry over to next job in who may be in need of next home and/or property repair. I assure you that the amount proposed in labor cost already will be underestimated for my helping hands will already be in good faith. Rolling over and going toward the next charity to whom may need it next. All donations accepted either it be for financial support, comments, materials, tools, or labor. All is appreciated very much.
