Current job we’re finishing up this week In Perkingsville VT. Updating wood trim to PVC on backside of the house as that was were it was the most rotten and customer plans to do the whole rest of the home in pvc in the spring as well as new siding. We did new window trim on any windows that didn’t have pvc trim new soffits and facia’a. And new white gutters. Just have very top soffit and facia and gutter remaining.

Removal and install of 3 basement windows and one bigger basement window which we had to cut cement to make it fit. Also installed new exterior door and storm door and new vinyl railing.

Before & After Pics of a crawl space seal in. Started off by adding two more supports 8x8 beams with cement footings. Then leveling out the dirt and getting rid of the rocks and an old stump then we layed a v***r barrier. From there we added little less then 6 tons of pea gravel 2.5 inches deep. Then we added some more joist blocking were needed. Then we added all new joist insulation between all joists. Then we closed in the joists with fan fold insulation/water barrier and taped all joints completely sealing it in. Then we sprayed 2.5 to 3 inches of spray foam on all walls. Thus completely sealing in the basement. Not only does it look better it will help with heating costs and keeping everything dry under the house. Contact us if you need your basement finished or crawl space sealed up.

Sealing in a crawl space… what a difference it makes we leveled out any big indentation. Installed 2 new support beams with cement footings and Laid down moisture barrier very thick stuff then to keep it layed down and add an extra layer of protection we brought in over 5 tons of pea gravel. And spread it out Tom we start insulation on walls and closing in ceiling.

From a full gut to a new bathroom! Paints still wet but you get the idea. Hang medicine cabinet and hang toilet roll holder Monday morning and onto the next one!

From a full gut to a nice apartment bathroom.. Few more days of work and it will be completely done and painted!

Next week after we’re finished up in Rockingham we’re off to Springfield VT. To start a full gut and remodel of a bathroom. New everything! Basic rendering of the bathroom layout. With a grey/off white theme. Message us for all your home improvement needs.

Rockingham Job what a transformation. New everything on exterior except roof. We’re at the home stretch now just couple corner posts to trim and j channel to trim back a tiny bit, Plug some more trim and install the new French doors on Monday and then customer will have there home back.
