Thrilled to announce that Chopped Champion Veronica Flores will be giving a cooking demonstration on June 6th at The EL Farmers’ Market! We are so excited to have her joining us. You won’t want to miss this!

Veronica Flores has been a chef for 20 years working her way to Executive Chef. In 2016 Veronica won the title of Chopped Champion and has had a dessert feature at the Mayor's house, Gracie Mansion at the LatinX reception 3 consecutive years. She also served as a culinary instructor at UBS (United Bank of Switzerland) from 2019 to 2023. During the pandemic, she transitioned to virtual teaching and has since conducted over 1,500 classes for UBS employees worldwide, including locations such as Switzerland, London, Asia, Brazil, Australia, Puerto Rico, and throughout the U.S.
Now she has brought her knowledge and experience to western Massachusetts doing catering and private chef events. Veronica opened Bites and Bark Smoked BBQ with her partner Xavier in 2023.
