My Heart's ❤️ Downtown

MMLP is showing our heart is downtown (along with our landlord Mario). We've been at our current location since 1984. MMLP started in 1978.....so 42 of our 48 years are DOWNTOWN!!! To say that we're supporters of downtown Springfield is an understatement

The Illinois Board of Admissions to the Bar hosted their grand reopening yesterday. Even the Illinois Supreme Court Justices were in attendance! We were happy to be invited and see the finished product, so to speak. And happy to see our friends from O'Shea, as well! Great food catered by Conn's. We're very pleased to have IBAB back into their offices! The renovation and addition and beautiful new conference space look fantastic and they were a great team to work with.

What a better way to celebrate our veterans than with a groundbreaking for veteran housing. MMLP proudly supports and has been involved with the Be Neighbors Affordable Housing for Veterans. This will be a tiny home community rehabilitating veterans located on the east side of Springfield. 🇺🇸

Be Neighbors Affordable Homes for Veterans is under way! The first step – erosion control measures is in place. The construction fence is up and earth moving equipment is… well… moving earth.
