As members of Kiwanis Club we are introduced to some really amazing youth based programs in our community. Today we heard from the folks at FosterAdopt Connect and toured the Youth Connect Center in Downtown Springfield. This is such an incredible safe space for displaced youth (ages 13-18) with so many amenities. While it is heart-wrenching to hear their stories, we are fortunate to have such a wonderful program for our youth to lean on for support. Looking forward to supporting this team however we can in the future.
