🌬️ Furnace running, but the air feels cold?

Here's what might be going on, step by step:
1️⃣ Thermostat settings: make sure it's set to Heat and the fan is on Auto, not On. With the fan on, it blows air even between heating cycles.
2️⃣ Filter: a clogged filter can cause the furnace to overheat and shut off its burners as a safety measure.
3️⃣ Ductwork: leaky or disconnected ducts in an attic or crawlspace can lose warm air before it reaches your rooms.
4️⃣ Ignition or flame sensor: if the burners aren't lighting, the blower may be moving unheated air.

The first two you can check yourself. For the rest, our technicians will diagnose the cause and explain what's happening. And because we look at the whole home, we'll let you know if insulation or duct issues are part of the problem. 🔍
