I enclosed an ugly storage area into a beautiful laundry room accessible from the kitchen! New wiring, plumbing, water heater, paint, trim molding, windows, raised the floor to be equal to the existing house, insulation, sheet rock, door, flooring, & lighting!

It increased the square footage of the house by 100 square feet thus increasing the value of the house!
