Thanksgiving production is ramping up at Coco’s Cottage this week! 🦃❤️

Did you know cranberries actually make a little popping sound when they start to boil? How fun is that?! Today, we’re canning up some homemade cranberry sauce, and guess what? It only takes THREE ingredients! Water, fresh cranberries, and sugar. That’s it!

This Saturday, November 7th, we’re planning to hang out at the farm stand with a bunch of FREE samples, including this cranberry sauce, so y’all can get a head start on your Thanksgiving prep!

Come say hello, grab a sample (or two 😉), and get a little taste of what’s cooking at Coco’s Cottage! We can’t wait to see y’all! 🍂❤️

Good morning and happy Monday! ☀️🐣

Broody Judy is settling into motherhood so well! She’s letting her babies venture out from under her wings more and more, and it’s been so sweet watching her become a mama. ❤️

One thing I’ve realized since owning chickens is just HOW many everyday sayings come from chickens! 😂

Think about it:
🐔 Don’t count your chickens before they hatch!
🐔 Pecking Order
🐔 Rule the Roost
🐔 Nest Egg
🐔 Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.
🐔 Walking on eggshells.
🐔 Cooped Up
🐔 Ruffle some feathers.

I swear, chickens are responsible for half the English language! 😂

I guess when you spend enough time around chickens, you start realizing there’s a whole lot of wisdom in the coop!
