Most showers we take apart are either problematic or just aesthetically not pleasing to a client, this shower was both but with no visible issues.

Incorrectly installed drain assembly’s underneath your typical shower pan will cause stagnant water to backup and accumulate moderate mold growth without ever actually leaking.

❌Signs and symptoms to look out for❌

:Black grout and corners that no matter how well it is cleaned, returns.

:Drain Flys or Maggots(Yes this is common)

:Organic life growth(Yes this is common)

:Mildew smell, especially when shower is in use.
