What a profound impact a clear vision can have! It’s still surreal to think that after 9 years of patience and perseverance, we finally transformed our kitchen into the beautiful space I had envisioned from the moment we first walked through the front door, turning our dreams into a tangible reality. Every detail has come to life, from the blue .appliances range I had hoped for to the perfect marble countertops from , which were a non-negotiable element, and the perfect fairytale custom casement windows were the cherry on top!

Yep! I’ve started another project! It had to be done and now is a good time while my sewing machine is still out!
Time consuming and tedious, yes!
Did I change my mind after the first chair was finished, also yes!
Is it a great time to teach myself how to make slipcovers, well… I’ll have to answer that one later!
Here we are so far. Just this one and 5 more to go🫤

Acquiring and curating vintage decor necessitates a degree of imagination and a considerable amount of cooperation, willingness, and elbow grease from a supportive spouse. And let’s not forget the few hundred trips to ! Every detail in our little cottage guest room has been carefully collected over many years and has finally come together to create a space I am truly proud of. Just a few more finishing touches and all will revealed.

I love the constant evolution of our home. Bringing long awaited visions to life through hard work and creativity. We have several projects going on at once both inside and out. I like it like that because when I get a bit tired of one I have several others to choose from to work on… wait… is that a condition? 😅
