Remodeling Project of the Year – Bathroom 🏆
What was once an outdated, low-functioning space is now a bright, highly efficient bathroom designed for everyday living.
By reworking the layout and incorporating thoughtful, space-saving solutions—like a floating vanity, added storage, improved lighting, and a walk-in shower—the room now feels larger, more functional, and timeless in design. A transformation that not only elevated the look of the space, but completely improved how it’s used day to day.🏡
Client Testimonial:
“When we purchased our 1942 three-quarter Cape style home, we created a to-do spreadsheet of repairs, upgrades, and renovations for each room, identifying them as immediate, short term, or long term. Twenty-three years later, it was finally time to address our first floor (primary) bathroom.
For 2+ decades, we had adapted to the low-functioning space that had no place to hang towels, no counter space, poor lighting, a low soffit over the tub/shower, limited storage, crooked walls with no insulation, cracked tile, and a sinking floor. We knew our priorities.
Partnering with Liston Design Build was the perfect collaboration for this project. They listened to our pain points and offered solutions that were purposeful and creative for the 40 sq ft space. Our LDB Designer presented and guided us through options that maximized our space, were functional, reflective of our style, and timeless so as not to appear dated (our specific request).
Our next door neighbor expressed appreciation for the daily outdoor clean-up. Additionally, LDB’s proactive notification to surrounding neighbors about the project, including additional vehicles parked on the street, was acknowledged and appreciated.” 💚
