The community is mourning the loss of Captain Shine, a legendary firefighter and hero who passed away today following a hard fought battle with impossible odds.
Captain Shine’s legacy is defined by his lifelong dedication to service and his miraculous rescue of a boy trapped under ice for over ten minutes. Even while facing immense personal health challenges over the past year, he remained a steadfast pillar of his community. He will be remembered for his bravery, his resilience, and a career defined by beating the impossible.

Whole house fans (attic fans) are an old school trick to cooling a house with a lot of modern value. When these stop working people immediately think about replacing them although these things are serviceable! This one just got cleaned up and rebuilt for half of what a new fan and installation would cost.

This customer called us worried that their switches were “spitting flames” when they turned them on. It wasn’t that awesome but they were arcing a little bit which isn’t surprising as they were original to this 70 year old home. Put some new toggles switches in and got this customer working in no time!
