Hey Everyone!
I thought I’d start by introducing myself if you don’t know me personally.
My name is Lacey Wipfler. I am a wife and mom of 3 beautiful girls. I live in Lincoln County, Missouri and you can always find me with my family and friends, out camping somewhere fun or tending to my animals (we have a s**t ton; maybe one day I’ll have my girls introduce them all here)! If I’m not doing any of those things, you can find me on the road from here to St. Louis County, Missouri between dropping kids off and my full time career. During normal business hours, I am a Procurement Agent at Boeing where I place contracts for parts that go onto Fighter jets and manage a high volume of contracts for high volume suppliers from here to California.
My passion for real estate started many, many years ago. My husband said recently he remembers me saying I wanted to become an agent 10 years ago, but I just never pulled the plug. Being a Procurement Agent and Real Estate Agent are very similar, just in different areas of expertise. My passion is also in people. My full time job consists of supporting our military in such a tiny way and that gives me the passion I need to keep going in that space.
Now, I want to support YOU in the transactions of your biggest investments. I want to give first time home buyers, single parents, newlyweds, parents with littles, empty nesters, anyone in any walk of life the joy of handing their home to the next person to fill it with love and/or calling a new place home and making that experience stress free and actually enjoyable!
