DUDE! Are you ready for a soup game changer?

Roast the veggies before you add them! This is the second time I’ve done this for soups! Phenomenal!

I made a broccoli and potato stew today. What’s the recipe? Well, just roasted two pans of veg. One was potatoes, carrots and garlic. The second sheet pan was broccoli 🥦 only. Tossed everything with olive oil and S&P. Then I put about 1/2 of the veg in the blender before I added it to the pot of chicken broth (1-32 oz carton). I chopped the rest of the veg and threw it in the soup pot to warm everything back up. I only seasoned the stew with salt and pepper. The roasted veggies add such an awesome ass flavor!

Made some turkey meatballs while the oven was on! I am super pumped for leftovers!! Damn, Gina!!
