I've been painting for almost 40 years, and I started rehabbing houses in 2015. I would consider myself a professional painter and a mediocre carpenter/handyman. I take pride in my finished product. It just takes me longer than the pros at the other trades. Anyway, I'm looking to rent a house at a discount for rehabbing it. If someone had the finances to buy a fixer upper I would live there for a short time until I had the place ready to sell. Then we could do it again and again as long as it's in the STL area . I never really used my FB business page to generate leads; however, some contractors are staying busy with FB. If anyone can give me some types on how to generate leads and or customers I would greatly appreciate it.
