Preservation takes patience. A sane person would have taken one look at this trim and pulled out the white paint. We’re crazy about historic detail though. We painstakingly scrapped, sanded, prepped, stained and sealed every square inch of this homes historic millwork and wood floors.

MEET THE OWNER

Michael Hahn, MBA -

Born and raised in St. Louis, Michael left for Chicago to obtain a degree in design. After building a solid foundation in design and eventually moving to upper management, he was introduced to the business side of the position which piqued his interest. He soon decided to pursue an interuniversity MBA degree with Washington University and The University of Missouri. While working towards his masters, Michael bought his first rehab in South City and worked on it in his free time. A genuine passion was emerging for both business and remodeling. After graduating with his Masters, Michael went on to work as a financial analyst for the largest company in St. Louis but felt something was missing in the corporate world. It has now been almost a decade since he left corporate America and has been running a successful real estate investing and rehabbing business ever since. With Hahn Remodeling & Realty he is able to bring his eye for design, business acumen, and home remodeling experience to his customers for the highest quality services imaginable.
