Here's a recently completed garage addition to a1920's home in St. Louis. We used cut limestone at the garage doors to match the existing glazed terracotta detailing. The 13 ft garage height allows for car lifts at each bay. There's a separate ventilated storage room for hockey equipment...a must!

We designed this covered terrace for clients in Clayton. The simple wood timbers complement the Tudor house and the wood burning fireplace makes for a cozy spot to entertain friends. 🔥🪵🍷

We completely changed the feel of this dining room in Ladue by removing the heavy built-ins and replacing the curved bay window with a rectilinear bay. We were able to increase the width of the room by two feet providing a much more comfortable space for entertaining. The fabulous interior styling is by and construction by McMillan Construction.

We transformed this front hall by increasing the size and adding sidelines and an elliptical transom to the front door. Swipe to see the before picture.

We transformed the facade of this beautiful house in Ladue by replacing the front porch and dining room bay window. The resulting facade is pretty charming (we think 😊). We’ll be sharing more shots from this house later this week. Stay tuned!
