Check it out! My brother Timothy Pastor and his business partner Steve put lots of work and TLC into this house.

They turned this 4 bedroom 1 bath home with unfinished basement into a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with finished basement and extra bonus room up stairs. Originally it had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. They converted one of the bedrooms into a huge bathroom off the primary bedroom. Upstairs they converted one giant room into 2 bedrooms and a full bath, keeping the original 4th bedroom and bonus room intact.

It was a collaborative effort with all of us working hard over the past couple of months, and it is GORGEOUS!! From the quartz countertops, to custom microwave drawer and range hood, to the hardwood floors on the main level, this home has quality AND beauty.

It sits on 1/2 acre and it's within walking distance to Bob White Park. Wildlife is abundant - we saw deer almost everyday we were working there the past few weeks. Quiet, serene, yet minutes from Manchester Rd.

Ever wish you could make doing laundry easier? Joan did, so she hired Finely Finished to install a new laundry area in her climate controlled garage! Instead of having to trek up and down her basement stairs, she now simply goes out to her garage to do her laundry. The area also serves as extra storage for her kitchen supplies. Win/Win!

Diane had a vision for her hall bathroom, to transform it from an outdated room to luxurious space and Finely Finished was able to deliver! We replaced everything, from the tub to the vanity and light fixtures, tiled both the shower wall and the adjoining wall behind the vanity as well as the floor. The penny-tile niche adds an element of interest and the clear shower doors open the room and make it look larger.

Our most recent bathroom remodel! We took this one down to studs in some areas, removing the separation wall and two soffits, repairing drywall as needed. We then installed flooring and shower tile, and replaced the vanity, lighting, trim and fixtures to create a more modern, updated look.

Wow! Look at this transformation! This basement was a mis-match of 60x, 70s and 80s finishes, most likely done DIY. Sue demoed the basement herself and then hired us to make it look beautiful. We LOVE how this one turned out, and so does Sue!
