Another metal roof off the books this week. Got this tuff rib burnished slate roof all wrapped up out in wolf creek.
We made sure everything met Montana code in the process, new 5/8 sheathing, two rows of ice and water shield and cut open for a ridge vent to give this roof the proper ventilation.

We got this homeowner in Great Falls, Montana all wrapped up. This one was quite the project, when we got the roof tore off, there were several soft spots in the decking and rafters that were completely broken due to a contractor not building them correctly when adding the addition onto the house. We took care of all of these problems for this homeowner and without a headache for them as well. We replaced a 2 sections of rafters and made sure blocking and supports were in as needed so the homeowner never runs into this issue again.
We replaced the shingles with the Owens Corning duration series shingles and their brand new color Dessert Rose! Safe to say the home owner couldn’t of been happier with the end result of the project! Got this homeowner in East Helena, Montana all wrapped up. Old roof had a ton of shingles blow off due to cheap shingles and high winds. We fixed that for him by using the best shingles on the market! (Owens Corning duration series sierra grey)

We got this tuff rib Cocoa brown metal roof finished. Removed dormer window and replaced old cedar shake siding with new LP smartside terra brown! Little window replacement for this homeowner. Replaced the old window with a new Pella and the client couldn’t of been any happier with the result. (They will be doing the touch up painting themselves, as agreed upon.)

Winter weather remodel, a little bit of everything in this project. Pulled carpet, tore out old kitchen flooring, and removal of old trim. Installed new flooring, new 5” trim for base and 3”-1/4 trim for doors, repainted the doors, shelving, and fireplace. Got this Fascia and soffit project done and off the books. This was a two building project, we had to replace all fascia boards along the eaves as they were rotted out. Then replaced the old wood soffit with vented soffit and new metal fascia covering to make sure they don’t have any more problems with rotted out boards.
