Hey everyone, it’s Anthony. If you have been a client of mine in the past, you probably know a little bit about my story. So I just wanted to send everyone a little motivation that I typed up for this new year. This is something that helps me on a daily basis when it comes to accomplishing my dreams and my goals! It’s a little lengthy, but it is solid gold.
Living your life by constantly asking, “What if I?” can either paralyze you with fear or empower you to grow. It all depends on how you approach the question.
When you live by “What if I?” in fear, it becomes a trap. “What if I fail?” “What if I look foolish?” “What if it doesn’t work out?” These doubts stop you before you even begin. They make you second-guess your dreams, hold back your potential, and keep you stuck in the comfort of the familiar. Fear of the unknown becomes a wall, blocking you from discovering who you truly are and what you’re capable of.
But when you shift “What if I?” into a mindset of curiosity and courage, everything changes. Instead of fear, you embrace possibility. “What if I succeed?” “What if I’m stronger than I think?” “What if this risk changes my life for the better?” This mindset opens doors, ignites your potential, and allows you to take ownership of your life.
When you dare to ask “What if I?” with hope and determination, you start to see obstacles as opportunities, failures as lessons, and risks as necessary steps toward growth. You begin to realize that the fear of failure is temporary, but the regret of never trying lasts forever.
Living by “What if I?” is not about having all the answers or knowing every outcome. It’s about being brave enough to take the first step, trusting that even if you stumble, you’re moving closer to becoming the person you’re meant to be. It’s about understanding that the greatest successes often come from the risks we were most afraid to take.
So ask yourself: What if I chase that dream? What if I overcome this challenge? What if I refuse to let fear control my life? When you live with that kind of mindset, the possibilities are endless, and your life becomes a testament to the power of believing in what could be.
