In my career I've had the opportunity to work for very prestigious people. Lawyers, doctors, Artists 2 state judges, a City judge, and even a Federal judge. I've worked for people in the ghetto all the way up to a billionaire. I just found out that one of my customers from the 80's is now Vice President of the Gates Ag one Helping to feed the world through better farm techniques .
Even as a lowly remodeling contractor I have had a chance to become temporary family to so many people.
Looking back I guess my life has been more than I could have hoped. All while never once having to advertise.
Sorry just felt like thumping my chest a bit

CEDAR DECKS
Thinking of building a cedar deck?
Just my opinion on cedar. Al-tho cedar looks great the fist year the cost of materials is substantially higher. After a few years it weathers to the same gray color as treated wood. Then in about 10 years you have to start replacing rotten floor boards so you don't fall through ( I'm doing this for a customer tomorrow) Treated wood now comes in "cedar tone" Looks like cedar but guaranteed for LIFE against rot and termites. Treated wood has it's own issues. checking and warping but overall the life of your deck will long outlast the appearance that first year. Again..... just MY thoughts on the matter.

Saw a story of a family in Oregon that got a water bill for 270,000 gallons in three months. That's 90,000 gallons a month. They said " must have been the toilet" Could that be? Let's see.:

WORSE CASE SCENARIO:

In this case, the running would be full-force, that is, the flapper valve is open and the tank is constantly draining.

So let’s say we’re dealing with a standard 1.5 gallon toilet. We’ll assume that it takes approximately 30 seconds for the tank to refill from a standard flush. So that’s 1.5 gallons per flush or per 30 seconds, or 3 gallons per minute. Now, let’s do some real calculations!

60 minutes per hour x 24 hours per day = 1,440 minutes per day

1,440 minutes per day x 3 gallons of water per minute = 4,320 gallons of water per day

7 days per week x 3 weeks = 21 days

4,320 gallons of water per day x 21 days = 90,720!

I’d say it’s definitely a possibility!
