Entry Level Groundskeeper Job Responsibilities:

· Manages records of activity in maintenance log.
· Groundskeeper must demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize.
· Maintenance of grounds, including common areas as requested by supervisor.
· Performs on-call and after hours emergency services as required.
· Provide tenants with outstanding customer service.
· Groundskeeper may be asked to pressure wash, use paint spray guns, etc.

Entry Level Groundskeeper Requirements:
· Reliable transportation required
· Willing to submit to a background check
· The ability to safely lift 60 pounds

Responsibilities
-Prepare drawings for cabinetry, framing and other construction projects on-site
-Interpret client requests and provide mock-ups for clients to approve prior to commencing work
-Build cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds and other projects based on demand
-Frame room additions as needed for client
-Select and evaluate materials for defects
-Install cabinets, counters and molding
-Follow all code requirements for kitchens and baths in remodeling projects

Requirements
-1+ years’ experience in finish carpentry
-Additional 1+ years’ experience in rough carpentry preferred
-Extensive knowledge of power tools, including skill saw, miter saw and jigsaw
-Possession of basic hand tools and reliable transportation to job sites
-Willingness to work overtime when necessary to deliver the project on time
-Capable of climbing on ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
-Knowledge of lumber grades and countertop materials

Responsibilities
-Maintain a clean job site: pick up tools and equipment, and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
-Set up and take down ladders, scaffolding and other temporary structures
-Load and unload trucks, and haul and hoist materials
-May assist with controlling traffic
-Assist carpenters and other trades

Qualifications
-Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on commercial construction projects
-Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
-Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
-Proof of Identity and Employment Authorization

Requirements
Observes and listens to vehicles in operation to determine malfunctions.
Reads manuals, uses hand tools, power tools to perform repairs and maintenance to electrical systems, power transmissions, brakes, drivelines and other automotive systems to perform repair work.
Replaces rollers and other wear items as required
Performs welding, repair and fabrication
Assists drivers in removing tires for repair
Assists Master Maintenance Mechanic as needed
Performs data entry on all services performed
Operates mobile equipment as needed
Maintains parts inventory and orders supplies as needed
Demonstrates good knowledge of lock out/tag out procedure required during certain procedures
May make service calls at other plants or emergency roadside repairs as needed
Communicates/directs co-workers through hand signals and two-way radio
Assists with training co-workers as needed
Performs general clean-up of work areas
Follows safety policies and procedures as written
Performs other duties as required

Minimum Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent GED required
Minimum 1 year Mobile Equipment Maintenance Experience, Trade School or related mechanical / technical certification preferred
Commercial Driver License (CDL) and safe driving record
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of repair and maintenance of engines, hydraulics, electrical, power transmissions, brakes, drivelines and other automotive systems to perform repair work
Basic welding skills
Ability to read and write in English
40 hours per week and overtime on an as needed basis

Physical Requirements
Work requires the ability to lift a maximum 100 lbs
Work requires the ability to climb stairs, climb ladders, reach, squat, tolerate prolonged standing/walking, balance, bend from trunk, operate mobile equipment, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects
Work requires the ability to operate hand controls with both hands and foot pedals with both feet
Work requires the ability to perform sustained overhead reaching
Work requires the ability to use vibration tools
Work requires the ability to work in areas with the potential for high noise levels
Work is performed 50% outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather and 50% indoors
