Apologies for the lack of job updates. I was in Costa Rica for my son’s class trip. Internet was spotty or non-existent. But, upon my arrival back, my cat “Chunk” is missing.

“My beloved, Chunk, has been missing since Saturday night. I’ve been checking all the shelters, praying he’ll come home, but so far, no luck.

He lives in Crestwood, is 25lbs, gray w/ stripes, part Maine C**n (you can see the hair tips on the end of his ears). If you see him, please send me a message. He’s wearing a collar with a name plate on the collar with contact info.

I wish there was a cat crying emoji- but there’s not. Our family is devastated, he is very loved, and we just want him back home with us.”💔

Before & After ✨

A lot of people think that if they’re keeping up with maintenance on their wood door, they’ll never need a full refinish. Unfortunately, that’s not the case.

This door had been maintained over the years, but eventually the finish reached a point where maintenance coats could no longer keep up with the wear from sun, moisture, temperature changes, and everyday exposure to the elements.

We stripped away years of failing finish, properly prepped the surface, and brought this door back to life.

Wood doors are beautiful, but they’re also one of the hardest-working surfaces on your home. Even with regular maintenance, there comes a time when a complete refinish is necessary. That’s not a failure of the previous work, it’s simply the reality of what Mother Nature does over time.

I love the transformation on this one. The richness of the wood grain is back, and it’s protected for years to come.

What a difference. ❤️
