Trivers is thrilled to announce our expansion into the Northeast region with a new office in Boston, led by Bob A. Carroll, AIA.

Building on more than 50 years of experience in historic preservation, adaptive reuse and mission-driven projects across the country, the new Boston office combines our proven ability to unlock the potential of existing buildings and commitment to preserving the places that matter to their communities.

Bob brings valuable regional relationships and complementary professional experience in historic preservation and adaptive reuse to the Trivers team, including his work on the renovation and expansions of the Boston Athenaeum and the Alice Dodge Wallace Center for Performing Arts at Emma Willard School.

We’re excited for this next chapter in Trivers’ history as we continue to create architecture of lasting positive consequence.

A new chapter for U.S. Bank Plaza in downtown St. Louis!
The first phase of renovations is nearing completion, transforming underutilized spaces and introducing new amenities to the 36-story office tower. Designed by Trivers, the improvements bring increased natural light, indoor/outdoor patios, coworking spaces, a café, and updated common areas to create a more inviting and connected workplace.

Led by MAP Property Holdings in collaboration with Trivers and Cushman & Wakefield, the project represents continued investment in downtown St. Louis and demonstrates the potential of repositioning existing buildings to meet evolving workplace needs.

A little friendly competition for a great cause! 👨‍🍳

Trivers Principals Amy Gilbertson, FAIA and Neil Chace joined fellow members of the CEOs Against Cancer of Missouri - St. Louis Chapter at the American Cancer Society Hope Lodge for its first Executive Cook Off, continuing a 15-year tradition of preparing and serving meals for patients and caregivers staying at Hope Lodge during cancer treatment.

The evening was especially meaningful as Trivers has partnered with the American Cancer Society on Hope Lodge facilities for more than 30 years, including the renovation of the St. Louis Hope Lodge. For Amy and Neil, it was another opportunity to support a place and mission that has long been part of Trivers’ work, alongside fellow St. Louis leaders committed to making a difference in our community.
