Air Conditioning & Heating has been providing air conditioning and heating sales, service and installation to Webster Groves and surrounding communities for over 50 years. Don Morgner started the business in 1965. He became a Lennox dealer in 1966, and relocated to Webster Groves in 1971. The business moved to its present location on Brentwood Blvd. In 1991, Don purchased Town & Country Climate Co
ntrol Specialists from a friendly competitor who was retiring. By 1992, the transition of turning over the business to his three sons, Steve, Rick, and Mike, had begun. Don retired in 1997, and is very proud of how his sons are handling the business and continuing the tradition of excellent quality and service to their customers. Seven of Morgner's 16 employees have extended service with the company. Those with 15 years or more of service include president Steve Morgner; vice-president Rick Morgner; vice-president Mike Morgner, lead installer Ricky Lipe, lead service technician Robb Obergoenner and lead service maintenance Matt Winkler. Bill King heads up our sales department. Known for his honesty & integrity Bill is committed to offering the finest products at the best price. The sales department completes an "engineering survey" to correctly recommend the proper product for each customer.
