We are happy for Cindy D’Anna who is moving into the next phase of her life, retirement. We are also sad as Cindy has been with us for over 22 years and has always been a vital, positive and reliable team member. Cindy has been Rick’s assistant and more recently our office manager so you know we have been through a lot together. We want to wish Cindy the very best in her retirement!

OWH has the distinct pleasure to announce that the firm leadership has elected Lindsay Wehmeier as our newest Associate.

Lindsay has exhibited creativity, dedication, mentorship and leadership over her 5 years with our firm. She has reached beyond the normal day to day tasks associated with her Office and Project responsibilities by volunteering for and leading participation in charity and professional events, participating and leading efforts in associated professional organizations, and by reaching out to the Office leadership to offer help where it is evident that a gap may exist. Most importantly, she constantly questions our design decisions.

All of these characteristics and attributes exemplify what we as an Office hold and believe to be the basis of our culture.

Check out Bob Winters & Kris Wells at Hoech Middle School kicking off their annual Hip Hop Architecture Boot Camp! This teaches students the basics of Architecture as well as bringing awareness and interest about the field to our youth.

Every year OWH puts a team together to design a stocking for the “Rocking A Stocking” event.

This year we entered the “functional” category with an ultra soft, playful Pom-Pom stocking!

It’s not just a design competition though. Everyone who enters donates toys and necessities for families spending their holiday at Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and they are presented in the stockings!
