Here’s a Funeral Home we just finished. It’s an aluminum siding and vinyl sided structure that has tastefully been cared for and updated over recent years. We painted this building 18 years ago. The paint was faded and lost its satin finish. We also refinished the entire inside a couple years ago with a new trim color everywhere and different wallpaper in each of the rooms. This customer of ours had 3 decks to finish. One was a refinish job that was attached to his house. The next was his pool deck that was built last season. The last one was his gazebo. We power washed, sanded and coated them with TWP oil based semi-transparent stain in the dark oak tone!

Here’s a house in Manchester we recently refinished. The house used to be all white and had significant peeling all over the house. The deck had also been neglected for some time so required some pressure treated wood replacement. When repainting the house the homeowner and I discussed accentuating the architecturally pleasing characteristics of the house (soffits, facia and rake edges and window casings). What a transformation!

Here’s an aluminum sided house we finished where our customer wanted to accentuate the trim on the house and create a gray body color while eliminating the shutters. We offer a 10 year  guarantee against any paint failure on aluminum sided homes. Most of our customers call us back 15 to 20 years later,  not because there’s any peeling paint, but it may have lost its Sheen or the deep color they chose may have faded a bit in the sun over the years. Recently refinished a nice little cottage on Ashford Lake. The customer chose a bold/rich color for the body done in a Solid stain. The white trim was painted and the front deck was refinished in an oil semitransparent stain. Very charming!
