As an Estimator, you are a key team member upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism. You are responsible for preparing estimates within the scope of work while growing new relationships and cultivating existing relationships. Exemplifying our code of values, you will show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years estimating and selling residential and commercial paint services.
• Working knowledge & estimating experience in the field of Dustless Blasting a plus.
• Know how to accurately estimate material and labor costs.

Required:
• Must pass a background check
• Reliable transportation
• Great communication skills and a professional appearance
• Able to read blue prints/plans
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual (Not required, but definitely a plus!)
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to dedicate 40-50 hours per week to this position

Job Responsibilities:
• Respond to leads, set up appointments, and meet with clients to estimate cost of requested services
• Provide estimates based off of job site walks
• Prepare bids/proposals by gathering information and requirements; per specs and plans.
• Stay current on vendor products/materials
• Ensure project files are current, complete, up-to-date and organized
• Obtains bids from vendors, review for accuracy.
• Provide detailed documentations for approval through the contractor or end user.
• Maintain positive rapport with field personnel & other team members.
• Collect field data to ensure proper ordering of material required.
• Order material with coordination of field superintendent to satisfy installation commitment.
• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs • Follow up with prospective customers by phone or email • Ensure that our customers’ needs and their expectations are clearly communicated and accurately documented on a written proposal • Schedule color consultants if necessary Job Requirements: • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented • Positive Attitude • Professional appearance and personality • Team player who can work independently • Previous sales experience in the painting or blasting fields a must & a plus

Compensation: We pay for results!
• Compensation will be performance driven with base salary
• Commission and monthly bonus potential.
All Surface will provide a tablet and fuel reimbursement.
