This fully renovated Brooklyn Brownstone features a modern architectural design with open floor plans, abundant natural light, and refined material selections; creating a sophisticated contemporary urban space. Throughout the interior, unique and vibrant colors are thoughtfully layered into each room, adding personality and warmth. This Brownstone renovation took shape while fully satisfying the regulations of the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission.

Congratulations to all the honorees recognized at last night’s BIA New York Holiday Event! A special shout-out to our Principal Urban Planner, Philip Rampulla, on receiving the Associate of the Year Award, and to Mr. Crispi for being honored as Builder of the Year. It was especially meaningful to see the late Thomas Costa inducted into the Hall of Fame for his years of dedication.

Libera Rampulla, wife of the late Philip V. Rampulla, founder of Rampulla Associates Architects (RAA), has passed away. Her sons, Lenny and Phil, Principals at RAA, honor her remarkable life and are deeply grateful for the wisdom, strength, and love she shared.

Services are being held today, with the funeral tomorrow.

A huge congratulations to Lenny Rampulla and James Oliva AIA, who were honored for Excellence & Achievement in Exterior and Interior Design. Their talent and dedication continue to elevate our work and inspire our team.

It’s always exciting to see a project come to life in person.
Our team visited the newest warehouse on Arthur Kill Road, exploring every detail — from the impressive high ceilings to the added storage space and thoughtful design touches where form meets function.

An industrial warehouse featuring a striking 40-foot ceiling height, located within the Special South Richmond Development District of Staten Island. The building encompasses a total of 176,274 square feet of storage and office space.

Taking advantage of the site’s natural slope, the structure is divided into two levels:
- Lower level: 50,484 square feet of warehouse space, plus 30,000 square feet dedicated to vehicle parking.
- Upper level: Office and additional storage areas designed for operational efficiency.

Constructed using tilt-up concrete panels, the building combines durability with a clean, industrial aesthetic that aligns with its functional design.
