New garage roof. Complete tear down to the block. Complete rebuild of roof with new rubber flat roof. This one was a bit challenging with all the customers stuff everywhere.

Bathroom remodel Raise valve and replaced, New Tub Surround, Vanity, and Flooring. Even refinished the tub. Replaced the 2 windows and gave walls fresh coat of paint.

These bathrooms needed a lot of help. Instead of gutting them we saved customer a lot by refinishing. Look at the transformation. Refinished all the tiles in both bathrooms. The bathtub took a little bit extra work but it all looks new.

This house sat empty for 10+ years. We repaired all holes, and removed wallpaper from the walls. Fresh paint top to bottom. New laminate flooring in kitchen and bathrooms. New carpet in family room and office. Cleaned up the hardwood floors in rest of the house. What a transformation. From sitting and falling apart for 10 years. Sold within 2 weeks of completion.
