Kitchen remodeled due to water damage.
Demoed kitchen as needed.
Installed appliances.
Built kitchen base cabinets to match uppers, sanded, primed, & painted uppers completely.
Painted walls, ceiling, & trim with Sherwin Williams paint.
Reinstalled countertops.
Reinstalled sink, dishwasher, garbage disposal, & plumbing throughout.
Installed LVP.
Installed quarter round.

Graded, formed, poured, stamped, and colored (Fawn Color)patio. 
Painted completely with Sherwin Williams.
Built new custom trex steps(Toasted Sand)with trex metal handrails.

Laced in hardwoods, sand, stain & poly to match.
Installed shoe molding, etc. all trim throughout.

Built custom back porch with Gable roof, tongue & grove ceiling.
Built open deck to connect to pool.
Built steps along the back of deck to have access to basement.
Built custom planter boxes on outside of deck.
Built bar top along top of handrail for extra seating & entertainment.
Added receptacles, ran electrical for TV, lights, ceiling fan, can lights, flood lights, etc.
Installed black metal picket handrails.
Installed architectural shingles. 
Installed seamless gutters & downspouts.
Removed doors & installed custom windows in sunroom.
Removed windows & installed French doors to come out on to the deck.
Added outdoor fireplace with rustic mantle, brick front & 2 sides with rain pan and shroud. 
Installed underpinning.
Painted & stained with Sherwin Williams products.
