Owners’ Lockers | Black w. Black Hardware

One type of project we create quite often is lockable owners’ storage. It’s a great solution for homeowners who rent their properties, as well as homes with multiple owners who need secure, dedicated storage space.

For this project, we designed and installed two matching cabinet systems, each containing four individual lockers. What appears to be a pair of cabinets actually opens to reveal four separate lockable compartments. Combined with the finish trim, the design creates a built-in look that blends seamlessly with the rest of the home.

We love the bold, sophisticated look of the all-black cabinetry and hardware!

For this home, which featured stunning architectural details and a fresh take on a traditional mountain estate, we complemented the warm wood tones throughout the interior with our Drift finish for the closets.

The primary closet was thoughtfully designed around the client’s needs and includes a dedicated cupboard with slatwall storage to accommodate outdoor gear. Contrasting counter tops, varied cabinet depths, and a mix of open shelving and doors add dimension to the design, making it a standout space.

We kept the remaining storage areas straightforward and highly functional, complementing the timeless look of the entire home.

This was a fun project for the team and we’re pleased with the results!

Laundry Room Re-Do! 🧺

After a closet installation a few years ago, this client wanted us to come back to optimize their laundry room.

This is the type of project where our custom design process really shines, as there were a lot of factors to account for: water pipes, hooks ups for the washer and dryer, electrical access. The client also had specific bins that they wanted to account for in the design.

The result is a very functional design that also looks beautiful in White with a Dune counter top!

It’s official—Dakota with matte gold hardware is our new favorite combo!!

The primary closet in this project has a double bank of dovetail drawers that catch the eye, over 12 ft of hanging space, and adjustable shelving.

We also turned a downstairs hallway that’s adjacent to a mech/laundry room into the perfect laundry folding and supply area. The butcher block counter top adds a premium touch and slatwall creates an efficient area for storing brooms, mops and other cleaning supplies.

Some projects just have that next-level wow factor—and this garage is definitely one of them!

We love that this client selected a beautiful wood grain finish for her garage cabinetry, bringing the look of the home into the garage.

Custom ski cubbies, a built-in sitting bench, and a fully equipped workbench with LED lighting elevate both the functionality and the experience of the garage. The eye-catching feature above the workbench adds a unique design moment that sets this project apart.

The epoxy floor features a hybrid blend with varied chip sizes and colors, adding a polished touch to this upscale design.

It’s all classic look and clean lines for this week’s install.

In this project we:

✅ Maximized storage in a primary closet with a slanted ceiling by creating a custom design
�✅ Incorporated baskets throughout for easy, everyday storage—great for hats and gloves in the entryway, and sweatshirts, t-shirts, and base layers in the bedroom closets
�✅ Made the most of a reach-in closet with double hang sections and adjustable shelving
�✅ Matched the primary closet to the existing wood in the house with our Dakota finish, while using Antique White in the remaining closets for a timeless, cohesive look
