While the talented bakers were putting on an incredible show at Michigan cake Wars at Villa Penna Friday, I had the pleasure of sharing a dessert of my own — complimentary samples from my semifreddo collection.

Cherries Jubilee, Italian Sundae, and Cannoli… and I have to say, the sweet-toothed crowd loved them.
