JCS Home Services LLC Dryer Vent Cleaning and Chimney Sweeping are annual services! A Clean Vent is a healthy vent. Gutter Cleaning and Pressure Washing are other services.

We provide Chimney Sweeping of the entire system from the Firebox to the Chimney Cap and all in between, a 15 point inspection is done on all chimneys. We inspect the following:
Appliance such as wood stove, Clean Out Door or Dump Door, Thimble, Ash Pit drop door, Outer Hearth, Inner Hearth, Firebox + Construction, Lintel, Damper, Smoke Shelf, Smoke Chamber, Flue Liner or Connector Pipe, Chimney E

xterior, Crown or Wash, and Cap

A Level One is done on every Sweep "FREE" of charge! We can do just Level One inspections upon request. This identifies any deficiencies that may need addressed to allow for safe use of this appliance from gas or wood to pellet systems. The chimney structure is "Recommended" to be Swept and Inspected at least once a year....

Once rust starts taking over like this, it’s usually a sign that years of exposure to rain, moisture, and the elements have started breaking things down. If left alone, it can eventually lead to leaks, staining, and bigger problems inside the chimney system.

Airflow is everything when it comes to a dryer vent. When that airflow gets restricted, your dryer has to work harder, your clothes take longer to dry, and the fire risk goes up fast.

You’d be amazed at how backed up some of these vents are by the time we get there. Thankfully, homeowners know who to call when it’s time to get things cleaned out and flowing the way they should.
