Was able to get the front of building stone work done this week too. Short work week but packed in two weeks worth of work. Lmk what you think of the front of this building!!

BMC closed out the short week with a doozy of a project. Local homeowners, tree feel on house during ice storm back in April. Waited a few weeks for trusses to arrive. Tore off siding and prepped for roof replacement one day, next we are replacing trusses, framing of front of garage, new sheathing, and then complete roof replacement. Long day on a Friday to complete but happy homeowners are the key to more business!!

We do deck work too. Build from scratch. Refurbish. Stain and seal.

Stone veneer work done on front of building. One more day and will have that wrapped up. Colors really complement this building!!

Made a short video of the current kitchen remodel!!

Progress for the last few days. Cabinets hung. Laundry room cabinets installed. Elevated platform for washer and dryer built. Flooring installed. Trim on a couple doors and baseboards.

And so it begins!!! All prep work and painting is done. Cabinets arrived yesterday. Started hanging today!!

Crown molding to come. New flooring. Trim windows, doors, and floors. This will be a beautiful transition. Look back at a few posts to see where this all started.

Phase 1: Relocated a patio door. Built wall for office. New electrical, plumbing lines. Texture and paint. Flooring and trim. New barn door system install.

Phase 2: Tore out old cabinets. Removed existing flooring including tile and subfloor. Skim coat on floor to level out. Electrical work. Removed kitchen soffit, drywall work. Texture and paint . New cabinets, crown molding, flooring and trim.

Enjoy making customer dreams happen. Such a transition, one for the website for sure!!

Phase 3: Still to come. Complete drywall, texture, painting and flooring in the rest of the house.
