This house is getting a face lift!! Window trim scraped, sanded, and replace as needed. Caulked and sealed then fresh coat of white paint. Siding getting new coats of color to brighten it up.

Converted these two sets of windows from 4 panel casement to 3 double hung and 3 panel casement to 2 double hung to match windows on the corresponding side of house.

Opened up this can of worms today!! Building sub fascia then wrapping with aluminum soffit and fascia. 1” foam on the house, window and soffit trims plus a fresh new deep blue siding.

Tackled the next phase of this project today. Ended up being 4 layers of roofing on the upper portion of house. So much weight coming off this house in the last week. The foundation can breathe after almost 20 yrs.

GAF Timberline HDZ Nantucket Morning. Such a pretty roof color and will look fantastic on this house when finished.

Between the demolition and remodel last week and today, nearly 20k lbs came of this roof structure. Only about 1/4 of it went back on to complete the roof project.

Aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!
